Paul Jackson, the Founder/President of PAP Consulting Services, LLC has over 30 years' experience developing and managing small to large complex construction and facilities improvement projects across a wide range of industries. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), with a Bachelor's in Construction Engineering and Management, Associates degree in Structural Engineering, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
