This process matches the needs of the position with the expectations of the client. We also assess the staffing model to assist in the best decision-making for your company’s budget, compared to that of your local competitive market. STEP 2 document icon ADVERTISING AND SEARCH We create the advertisement using our expertise in deducing exactly what the needs of the position are to be filled. We then place the ads on every major and minor message board and hiring site in order to generate leads from the most qualified candidates. STEP 3 bullseye icon IN-DEPTH SCREENING All applicants must pass our rigorous selection process and go through a meticulous point system that we’ve developed in order to find the best possible candidate. STEP 4 man in suit icon SELECTION OF THE TOP PERFORMERS After passing our detailed point system, the top performers will now be contacted for the personal vetting process which will initially take place via phone, then an in person interview, and lastly a sit down with the hiring client. STEP 5 folders icon EVALUATIONS During the first two months of employment we perform bi-weekly performance evaluations and thereafter monthly performance evaluations will be done for the term of the contract.
